ABOUT US MJM & Associates Inc. is based out of Seattle and has been serving renowned nonprofit organizations from across the nation since its inception in 1992. We are proud to be a member of the following associations: In both 1998 and 2003 MJM was nominated for the GSBA Business of the Year award, and in 2005 we received the Better Business Bureau Community Service Award. Mardi Moore, President and OwnerMardi founded MJM and Associates in October of 1992 with just 10 employees. In the 15 years since, she has built MJM into a thriving phone room with over 35 part time callers and a 5 person full-time management team. Mardi's solid work ethic and unwavering dedication to helping nonprofit organization's succeed, has led MJM to raise over $17.5 million for more than 40 partnering organizations. Before creating and molding MJM into the successful business that it is today, Mardi worked as a development associate for both The Pike Place Market Foundation and the University of Washington.
Tori Brewster, Chief Officer of Operations Tori has had an ongoing relationship with MJM since 1996. At the age of 16 she began working as a caller and returned in 2003, after a short break, as the Administrative Assistant. Her longevity with the company is due, in no small part, to MJM's family-like atmosphere and the close relationships they develop with their clients. When she's not managing the office, she can be found working on various art projects or babysitting her twin nieces.
Tanya Tindle, Call Center ManagerTanya has been with MJM since April 2004. After almost 3 1/2 years working as a tele-fundraising specialist, Tanya was promoted to Call Center Manager in June 2007. She loves working with the various non-profits that serve as our clients all the while working for a locally owned, independent business. Another one of her favorite things about working for MJM is the many friends she has made throughout her time here. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, shopping at the various thrift stores on Capitol Hill and spending time with her friends.
Katherine Heuga, Data Specialist Katherine began working at MJM in 1997. Over the years she has worked in every position - from caller, to manager, to administrative assistant, and finally settling into her current position as Data Specialist. She likes that her work directly supports some amazing programs, and that her dog, Ted, can accompany her to work every day. In her free time she can be found Orienteering around the Puget Sound.
Molly Brown, Office Manager Molly has worked for MJM as a caller and then as a manager since September 2004. She was initially drawn to MJM because it is a woman owned business and the work supports some of her favorite local non-profits. The eclectic mix of callers and close-knit office staff are her favorite aspects of the job. Off the clock, she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, and traveling to exotic locations. |
